Before applying please read the requirements below before submitting a demo mix.

Genres:

We are primarily an underground house music station. We allow some commercial tracks to be used in shows, but we don't allow pop/chart remixes or anything cheesy.

We accept HOUSE, TECH HOUSE, MINIMAL, DEEP TECH, ELECTRONIC, UKG, and SPEED GARAGE.

Residency Applications:

If applying for the residency position, we expect residents to commit to their weekly, fortnightly, or monthly slot. We put a lot of time and effort into running the station, and all we ask is that you commit to your slot.

You will be able to see your upcoming slots on the Radio Cult system. If you miss two consecutive sessions without prior notice, you'll be removed from the residency. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you contact us in advance of your show to give a reason your absence, we can be more understanding.

The option to perform live shows is available to residents who have been with us for a while and have the required equipment.

Guest Mix Submissions:

If you aren't ready to commit to a residency, you can submit a guest mix, and we can put you in a guest mix slot. The rules regarding allowed genres still apply to guest mix shows.

Successful Applicants:

If your application is successful, we will email you. Please keep an eye out for an email from contact@dubtec.uk  and check your spam folders. We require successful residency applicants to submit a "press photo" (see residents page for examples) or a logo to use on the site and social media. We will set you up on our Radio Cult system, which allows you to upload mixes and view upcoming shows. Instructions on how to do this will be sent out in your onboarding email.
